Manual course creation/edit with Evolve Studio

Evolve Studio is an editor that allows you to make course lessons more interactive: fine-tune text, media files, and add additional interactive blocks.

How to create a course in Evolve Studio

If you want to create a course completely on your own on the platform from scratch without the help of AI, you can use the built-in Evolve Studio editor for this.

  1. Go to the "Courses" section in the "Learning" tab.

  2. Click the "+ Create course" button.

  3. Select Evolve Studio.

How to open a course in Evolve Studio for editing

  1. Go to the "Courses" section in the "Learning" tab.

  2. Select the required course and click on the three dots in the top right corner.

  3. Select "Duplicate".

We recommend editing the course duplicate rather than the original - this way you can experiment with materials, change the order of lessons, and test the structure without affecting the course that users are already taking. The duplicate is assigned the "Manual" type, and Evolve does not charge an additional fee for such courses.

Working with blocks

The editor has various elements to add to make your course as meaningful as possible.

Inside the required lesson, open the control panel and click "All blocks" - a list of additional interactive elements will appear that can be added to the lesson in any quantity.

Among the useful blocks:

  • Two variants of the quote blocks are available in the "Text" section.

Quote - a block with a single text field. The text is displayed with decorative quotation marks on the left. Used to highlight key thoughts or important statements from the lesson material.

Quote with author - an extended version: in addition to the quote text, it contains a field for the author's name, their position, and a photo. Suitable for quoting real people - experts, managers, well-known specialists in the subject.

  • Interactive blocks (for example, Flip cards or mind maps - convenient for both presenting material and for tests).

  • Add your own Images, videos, documents.

Adding the AI media elements

Elements can also be added via the button in the top right corner – "Add elements". By clicking on it, you can add AI generated items to the lesson:

  • Audio

  • Video

  • Infographics

  • Interactive element

Editing the existing content

Inside each lesson, full editing is available. You can modify text, rearrange blocks, and add your own content.
