How to access the platform
Open your browser and go to dashboard.evolveplatform.ai.
On the login page, enter the email address that was registered in the system by your company administrator, then click Continue. You will receive a one-time code (OTP) to that email — enter the code on the next screen to log in.
ℹ️ In some cases your company may use an alternative login method. If you're unsure which method applies to you, check with your platform administrator.
Having trouble logging in?
The most common issues are:
1. Wrong email address — double-check that you're entering the exact email address that was registered in the system.
2. Email not arriving — your company's email security settings may be blocking messages from the platform. Contact your IT or information security team to whitelist the sending address.
3. Code went to spam — check your Spam or Junk folder for the OTP email.
