Simulators are an interactive way to practice and apply your knowledge. In a simulator, you have a conversation with an AI character — responding to their messages, handling real-life situations, and receiving feedback in real time. It's a safe environment to rehearse skills before applying them on the job.
Where to find simulators
Go to Learning → Simulators in the left sidebar.
If your administrator has assigned a standalone simulator to you, it will appear here as a card in the list. Click it to start the session.
Simulators inside a course
A simulator can also be embedded directly within a course. In that case, you'll encounter it as a regular step during the course — just like a lesson or a quiz. Complete the simulator to continue progressing through the course.
ℹ️ If a simulator is marked as mandatory within a course, you won't be able to move on to the next lesson until you complete it.
Taking a simulator
When you open a simulator, you’ll first see a welcome message introducing the scenario or context. Read it through, then click Start simulator to begin.
You’ll be presented with a series of questions or situations to respond to — these may be real-life scenarios to work through, role-play conversations, or knowledge checks based on what you covered in the course. Work through each one and submit your answers.
Once you’ve completed all the questions, you’ll see your results summary — a breakdown of how you did. From there you can:
View your answer history — review each question and see how you responded
Retake the simulator — start over from the beginning if you want to practice again or improve your score
