The sidebar: your main navigation
On the left side of every page you'll find the navigation sidebar. Here's what each section does:
Dashboard — your home page with an overview of your progress, calendar, and assigned tracks.
Learning — everything related to your assigned learning activities:
Development tracks — structured learning paths with multiple activities assigned to you
Courses — individual courses assigned to you
Simulators — AI conversation practice sessions
Events — live or scheduled learning sessions
Assessment center — 360-degree or personal reviews where you evaluate colleagues and receive peer feedback.
Course catalog — a library of available courses you can explore.
Assigned – the courses assigned to you
In Progress – the courses that are currently in progress
Completed – the list of completed courses
Failed – the list of courses failed to pass
Knowledge base — documents, guides, and materials your company has shared with you.
Settings — profile settings, language switcher, and log out.
💡 Click Learning, Assessment center, or Settings in the sidebar to expand or collapse those sections.
Collapsing the sidebar
If you need more screen space, click the ← Collapse sidebar button at the top of the sidebar. Click it again to bring the sidebar back.
