Development Tracks

Get familiar with Development tracks and know how to use them

A Development track is a structured learning path made up of several activities — typically courses — assigned to you by your company's learning administrator. Tracks help you build skills step by step in a defined sequence

  • Consecutive — activities must be completed in order. The next activity becomes available only after the previous one is finished.

  • Parallel — all activities are available at once. You can complete them in any order.

Finding your tracks

In the left sidebar, go to Learning → Development tracks.

The page shows all tracks currently assigned to you along with the track name, the number of activities it contains, and a progress bar showing how far you've gone.

💡 As soon as a new development track is assigned to you, you'll receive an email notification. Check your inbox to stay up to date on new assignments.

Starting or continuing a track

Click Start on a track you haven't begun yet, or Continue on a track already in progress. You'll be taken to the track detail page, which shows:

  • Type — for example, Consecutive, meaning activities must be completed in a set order

  • Total number of courses in the track

  • Deadline, if one has been set

  • Progress bar with a count of completed vs. total activities

  • Activity list — a table with columns for Name, Status, Type, Deadline, and Action

Working through activities

Click Continue next to any active activity in the table to open it. Once you complete a course, the next one in the sequence unlocks automatically.
