No, you need to upload a video file in .mp4 format.
Is it possible to upload an archive (.zip, .rar) with multiple files?
No, you need to upload files separately. This allows the platform to process each file correctly.
What if I need to upload more than five materials?
We recommend dividing the material into several courses. After generating the courses, you can combine them to create a coherent learning process within a single course or learning track.
What if my file is the wrong size or format?
If the file exceeds the allowed size, try optimizing it (compressing images, removing unnecessary elements) or splitting it into several parts.
If the format is not supported, convert the file to one of the supported formats.

I forgot to upload an item. How do I add it?
If you forgot to upload any materials and the generation process has already started, please contact the support chat in the lower right corner and request additional materials for the newly launched course. It's best to do this as soon as possible after sending the course for generation.
Can the platform independently find missing course information online?

Can the platform create a course without input materials?
If you don't have any ready-made materials, please contact your account manager. Our team of methodologists will help you select and prepare the necessary content for your course and help you launch the generation process.
If I duplicate a course created by AI to split it into two parts and edit each separately, will this incur any additional costs?
When you create a copy of a course, it is assigned the "Manual" type - it is not charged in your account
What happens after course generation starts?
Once you've submitted your materials and clicked "Create Course," you can safely close the platform. No constant internet connection or open window is required: the course is created by our platform. Generation time is usually about 24 hours, sometimes faster, sometimes a little longer, depending on the volume and complexity of the materials. We strive to ensure you receive your course within 24 hours and are working to speed up the process!
How do you know when the course is ready?
Once the course is fully generated, you'll receive a notification via email — the email address you used to create the course. All colleagues with the Account Owner or Administrator role will also receive the email.
What can be edited in a completed course?
Once the course is created, you can make any edits directly on the platform:
Edit the course introduction page
Change chapter/day titles and descriptions
Edit texts in lessons
Change or delete tasks
Replace or remove images
Add new lessons, assignments, blocks
You can edit your course yourself directly on the platform—it's quick and easy.
How do I delegate course edits to the Evolv team?
If you prefer, you can simply collect the edits you need and pass them on to your account manager or write in the support chat, or send an email to [email protected] We will make all the changes for you: create alternative tasks, add the necessary blocks, and correct the texts.

How to regenerate content if you're not completely satisfied with the format, text, or image?
