Save time by automating repetitive management and onboarding tasks

What are automation scenarios?

Scenarios are automated processes that help simplify the work of HR managers and executives.

The platform performs preset actions when certain events occur, such as automatically assigning a course to a new User when they are added to the system.

Scenarios allow you to:

  • automate routine HR actions (appointments, notifications, reports);

  • eliminate errors in manual operations;

  • accelerate the adaptation and monitoring of User training.

How to create a script

  1. In the admin panel, go to the section Scenarios.

  2. Click Create a scenario.

  3. Please provide a name for the scenario to make it easy to find in the list (e.g.Onboarding new team members).

  4. Select the event that triggers the script
    Example:Adding a new user to the platform— when this event occurs, the system will perform the required action.
    (Additional events will appear later: course completion, poor simulator results, inactivity, etc.)

  5. Specify the action to be performed
    Examples:

    • automatically set a course or track;

    • send a notification to an User or manager;

    • generate a report on the completion of training.

  6. Set up filters
    Determine who the scenario will apply to—for example, by company, department, job title, or User tags.

  7. Save the script
    Once saved, it will appear in the list of active scenarios and will start working automatically.

Example: "New User Onboarding" Scenario

  • Event: Adding a new user.

  • Action: Set a course Getting to Know the Company.

  • Filter: All Users of the Sales department.

  • Once saved, the platform automatically assigns the required course to each new User in the specified group.
