After generation, you can:
configure assessment settings;
view and edit tasks and structure (if applicable);
assign participants;
launch the assessment;
monitor progress;
obtain reports on results.
1. Global Settings
To navigate there, click the "Global Settings" button in the upper right corner or click the "pencil" icon.
The section consists of two tabs:
Appearance
Settings
"Appearance" Tab
Allows you to customize how the assessment is displayed to participants:
assessment name;
description;
cover image;
information displayed to participants;
branding elements.
"Settings" Tab
Contains the main parameters for conducting the assessment.
Link to assessment: The system automatically generates a link to the assessment. If necessary, you can copy it and send it to participants manually.
Deadline. Three modes are available:
Individual deadline — a custom deadline is set for each participant.
Fixed deadline — a single completion date for all participants.
No deadline — there is no completion date.
Switching between blocks:
Free transition — the participant can return to previous tasks and change their answers.
Sequential progression — returning to previous tasks is not possible.
Timer: You can specify the total duration of the assessment and select a mode:
Strict — the assessment ends automatically after the time expires.
Soft — the participant can continue after the time expires.
No timer — there is no time limit.
Visibility:
Draft — the assessment is unavailable to users.
By invitation — only assigned participants get access.
By link — the assessment is available to all users who have the link.
Language: Displays the selected language of the assessment content and reports. The language is selected when creating the assessment and cannot be changed after generation.
2. Content Settings
To navigate there, click the "Content Settings" button on the main cover of the assessment center or "Content" if you are in the "Global Settings" menu.
In this section, the administrator can view and edit the contents of the assessment center.
All assessment modules, tasks, instructions, and assessment criteria are displayed here.
By default, the system creates several assessment modules:
Introduction;
Statements;
Dilemmas;
Case studies;
Open-ended questions;
Conclusion.
After generation, the assessment center remains fully editable. You can modify the assessment structure, add or delete modules, and edit any tasks.
If necessary, you can adjust the wording of questions, instructions for participants, answer options, rating scales, and additional comments. This allows you to quickly adapt the tool to the specifics of a role, department, or corporate requirements.
Scale Configuration
For "Statement" type tasks, you can change the visual style of the scale:
text;
color;
emoji.
Assessed Competencies and Indicators
To see which competencies and indicators are evaluated by a task, click the "Show Competencies" button.
If necessary, you can:
change the competency;
change indicators;
add additional assessment criteria;
delete irrelevant criteria.
Adding New Elements (Tasks)
Using the "+" button, you can add:
an open-ended question;
a closed-ended question;
a scale question;
a text block.
Text blocks are convenient for instructions, explanations, and case descriptions.
Important! When deleting tasks, it is recommended to check competency coverage.
Before deleting, open the "Show Competencies" block and make sure that after deletion, all necessary competencies and indicators continue to be assessed by other tasks.
3. Assigning the Assessment
After completing the assessment setup, you need to provide access to participants. This can be done in two ways.
Via link: If "By link" mode is selected in the global settings, simply copy the link and send it to participants. This option is more commonly used for evaluating candidates or external participants.
Via platform: For internal employees, it is recommended to assign them through the system. To do this:
Open the desired assessment center.
Click the "..." button to the right of the assessment name.
Select "Analytics".
Click the "Add" button.
After assignment, the employee will see the assessment in the "Assessment Center → Individual" section.
4. Assessment Progression and Monitoring
To complete the assessment, the participant needs to:
Go to the "Assessment Center → Individual" section.
Open the assigned assessment center.
Click the "Start" button.
Complete all tasks and submit answers.
Alternatively, they can use the link you sent them.
To monitor progress, open the "Analytics" section.
The system displays:
assigned participants;
number of attempts;
completion status;
completion percentage;
assessment start and end dates.
By expanding a participant's row, you can see all their attempts and progress for each of them.
5. Reports and Results
After completing the assessment, individual reports become available within 7-10 minutes.
To get a report:
Go to the "Analytics" section.
Open the desired participant.
Find the completed attempt.
Click the report icon to the right of the row.
The system will offer two export options:
Excel report is designed for detailed analysis of assessment results. It contains complete information on the assessment center completion: participant's answers, results for each task, as well as comments and interpretations generated by AI during the review process.
PDF report is a ready-to-use final report on the employee. It contains an aggregated interpretation of the assessment results, a competency profile, key strengths, development areas, and recommendations for further development.
If the report is not ready yet:
After the assessment is completed, the AI begins processing the results and generating the report. This process typically takes 5–10 minutes.
If the report is not immediately available after completion, it is recommended to wait a few minutes and try again.
If more than 10 minutes have passed and the report is still not generated, please contact support via the platform chat or email at [email protected].
Report Customization
If necessary, the structure of the reports can be tailored to the company's needs.
If you need to change the block structure, add recommendations for Individual Development Plans (IDP) or adjust the design, please contact your account manager or the platform's support team.
