By clicking on an employee's name in the "Users" section, the administrator lands on the "User Details" page.
Everything related to this employee is gathered here:
"Current Activities" block — the two nearest courses with colored statuses ("In progress," "Overdue," etc.); the "Show all" button leads to the full list.
Full list of courses — a table with columns: Name, Date added, Status, Progress (%), Deadline, Tasks, etc. You can switch to a grid view and download statistics for the user.
"Assign Activity" button — by clicking it, the Administrator can assign one of the activities from the list to the user:
Assign a course,
Assign a development track,
Invite to an event,
Assign an individual assessment, or
Assign a 360-degree assessment
Right panel — photo, name, email, status (Active/Inactive), and an "Edit" button.
"AI Check" block — a personal AI analysis of the employee's progress: strengths, completed courses, and learning patterns.
