How to create a development track

  1. In the left navigation menu, select the item Development Tracks.

  2. Create a new track
    Click “Add track” button and fill out the form:

    1. Track name.

    2. Description (optional).

    3. Select either of the option - Consecutive (meaning that a course will be opened only when a previous one in the sequence is completed) or Parallel (meaning that the courses can be taken freely without a particular sequence).

    4. Add course / event: after the selection you can reorganize them using drag-and-drop.

    5. Define duration mode for each of the course and the deadline*

    6. Click “Create a track” button

  3. Add users

    1. Select a person or a group of people using the filters

    2. Define duration mode for a track and the deadline*

  4. Manage tracks

    1. On the main page of the track delete the track if you don’t need it anymore

      1. Users will not see the courses and the events not yet started

      2. However, the courses and/or events they have already started / completed will be listed as stand-alone ones.

    2. Click on the track name to see its content and go to a participant list

      1. New participants can be added at any time

      2. Settings for the existing participants can be changed at any time

    3. Click on settings to edit the course.

      1. The changed settings will be applied to all existing participants.
