Creating and Configuring Certificates
In the Account Settings section, you can configure a certificate template that will be automatically issued to users upon course completion.
What can be configured:
Use of the company logo
You can enable the display of the company logo on the certificate (check the "Use company logo in certificate" box).
The logo is taken from the account settings.
Signatory information
Required fields:
Signatory's full name — will be displayed under the signature on the certificate.
Signatory's position — will also be indicated on the certificate under the name.
Certificate background
You can choose a background color to be used in the template.
Signature and stamp
Upload a signature file (for example, an image in PNG format).
If necessary, upload a company stamp — it will be displayed next to the signature.
Managing Certificates
After filling out all the fields, click Save Changes.
If necessary, the certificate can be deleted using the "Delete certificate" button (in the bottom right corner of the interface).
Corporate Colors (Branding)
In the account settings, it is now possible to configure the company's brand colors, and they are automatically applied across the entire platform:
There are three primary colors you can configure according to your brand. Here is what each color means in the settings:
Primary color: Used for buttons, navigation, and interactive course elements.
Secondary color: Used for lines, accents, and secondary interface elements.
Button text color: The color of the text inside the buttons.
As soon as you save the colors, they are applied "with a single click" across the entire platform interface and in all courses — including existing ones. This applies to buttons, highlights, and other design elements. Furthermore, brand colors are preserved when exporting courses to SCORM — meaning the styling remains recognizable even outside the platform.
If you do not like the result or need to temporarily return to the original appearance, there is a reset button to default colors, which restores the styling to its original state in a single click.
To reset a color to its default value, click the cross icon next to it.
What to Look Out For |
When changing brand colors on a "live" account, keep in mind: the effect is applied immediately and affects the entire platform and all courses, including those currently being taken by users. It is highly recommended to coordinate the palette and check how it looks beforehand, before applying it permanently. |
