The Settings section at the bottom of the sidebar gives you access to your profile, language preferences, and account options.
Click Settings in the sidebar to expand it. You'll see: Download App, Profile settings, the language switcher, and Log Out.
Profile settings
Go to Settings → Profile settings. The page is divided into four sections:
Avatar
Click Upload avatar to add or change your profile photo. Supported file types include JPG and PNG.
Login details
Shows your login name and email address registered in the system. These fields are typically managed by your administrator.
Personal data
You can update your:
First name and Last name
Middle name (optional)
Gender
Organization
Shows your department and position as set by your administrator. This section is read-only.
ℹ️ After making any changes, scroll down and click Save to apply them.
Changing the interface language
In the sidebar under Settings, click the language button (for example, English (US)) to open the language switcher and select your preferred language.
Download App
Click Download App in the sidebar to get the Evolve mobile app. The app lets you access your courses, tracks, and events directly from your phone.
Logging out
Click Log Out at the bottom of the sidebar to end your session.
