After adding a user, they get a regular user role by default. Users do not need to be granted additional rights. - They:
take training and courses, but cannot edit them,
can use the Knowledge Base (if access is open), but cannot edit documents,
participate in events but cannot create or edit them,
They can't see the admin panel: they can't add Users or view analytics.
