Evolve’s Knowledge base is your personal assistant in finding and analyzing data from your courses and documents. You can ask it anything that you have in your materials. You can consider this as ChatGPT but which relies only on the courses and documents you uploaded and enabled to be used as a source.

How to set it up and use Knowledge base

  1. On the left hand side panel navigate to Knowledge Base and click on it

  1. You’ll be redirected to the Knowledge base settings page where you can upload the needed documents and enable courses that you want the KB rely on

Once you have all the documents uploaded, you need to enable them for the Knowledge Base to start relying on them. For that, just simply click on the checkbox right next to the needed resources and the KB will start taking this into account right away.

To test how KB works, just click on the first level of the link at the top of the screen

Or switch to the user profile and open Knowledge base from the menu on the left. Type your questions and see what the response is.
