How to configure and use the knowledge base

The Evolve Knowledge Base is your personal assistant for searching and analyzing data from your courses and documents. You can ask it any question regarding your materials. It uses only the courses and documents you have uploaded and authorized as sources.

How to configure and use the knowledge base

  1. In the left sidebar, find the "Knowledge Base" section and click on it.

  2. You will be redirected to the Knowledge Base settings page, where you can upload the necessary documents and enable the courses the knowledge base should rely on.

After uploading all documents, they must be activated so the knowledge base begins to rely on them. To do this, simply check the box next to the required resources, and the knowledge base will immediately start taking them into account.

To test the Knowledge Base, simply click on the first level of the link at the top of the screen.

Alternatively, switch to the user profile and open the knowledge base from the left menu. Enter your questions and see what the response is.

Images in Knowledge Base articles

Now, images can also be displayed in Knowledge Base responses (if they are present in the source materials (courses, documents)). If you ask a question accordingly (for example, "show me what the generator toggle looks like") and such an image exists in the documents, it will be displayed in the response window.
