Working with the Simulator
Once created, the simulator is linked to a course and becomes available to company employees / students who have access to that course.
To start working with the simulator, you must first begin the course in the standard way (click the "Start" button). From there, there are two ways to access the simulator:
If a simulator is linked to this course, a "Simulator" button will appear inside the course (clicking it opens the simulator window).
If the user has already started the course, the "Simulator" button will also appear on the course home page.
On the simulator page, there is also an option to navigate to the course to which it is linked.
Administrators have additional ways to launch the simulator:
In the "Simulators" section, click the three dots next to the desired simulator and select "Launch simulator".
In the simulator editor, click the "Launch simulator" button in the upper right corner.
New Walkthrough Interface
The simulator walkthrough interface has been significantly redesigned. Previously, a large amount of text could overlap the character's image, making it difficult to follow what was happening. Now:
the character's image is positioned on the right, and the dialogue text is on the left;
the entire conversation history is saved on the screen—you can scroll back to view your previous answers without losing the thread of the conversation;
you can respond using either text or voice—microphone speech recognition is available, which speeds up the walkthrough.
Click "Launch simulator" to start the simulator—you will see a welcome message and can begin your dialogue with the character.
Voiceover During Walkthrough
If voiceover is enabled in the simulator, you can listen to the character's lines read aloud. A playback speed adjustment feature has been added—this addresses a common client complaint that "the default speed is too slow."
Final Completion Report
Upon completing the simulator, the user sees:
the final score and completion status
critical signals—highlighted dialogue moments that explain why the score is what it is
recommendations—what to improve and what to pay attention to
a breakdown for each evaluation criterion individually—a score from 0 to 10 with an explanation of why it was given (for example: "Compliance with restrictions — 4 out of 10", "Knowledge of corporate gift policies — 3 out of 10", "Conflict recognition — 3 out of 10"), as well as how these scores contributed to the final grade.
Generating the final summary takes approximately 30–40 seconds—during this time, the user sees clear status messages ("Analyzing your answers, please wait—almost ready") so they do not feel as if the system has frozen.
Based on the results of the simulator walkthrough, users can also end the session, retry the simulation, or view their answer history.
Summary Report for All Walkthroughs
The "Simulators" section collects the results of all walkthroughs for all users: if the same person has completed the simulator multiple times, all of their attempts are visible, including the date, final score, completion status, and scores for each criterion.
To download the summary report, you need to:
Go to the Simulators section
Find the desired simulator
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the target simulator
Click the "Download report" button
